English it's not my 1st language, so bear with me

As a connoisseur of japanese culture as we all are, we know what onigiris are.

And we all know they suck, its just rice with some stuff at the center. Fucking japs making me pay 3 dollars for some rice.

So i decided to make this abomination to upgrade that peasant food that both salaryman and the MCs of shitty animes enjoy for some reason.

I called them …. emh… "Yeah dude, these are totally onigiris, thrust me. I watch anime"

1- Cut some green onions and garlic and fry them on a pan with a small amount of olive oil in it. I added some Pesto because i want to pretend to know what I'm doing

2- Once the start turning gold remove them from the wok and dice some regular onions and some pork

3- Deglaze the wok, I used some Kirsch because it was the only thing i found, but i recommend using white whine.

4- Drop the onions and the pork into the pan. After a couple of minutes add a bit of soy sauce (If you want to become a woman you can add a lot and turn into a walking statistic). Fry them for 5 to 10 minutes add the previously fried green onions and garlic and after 1 minute kill the fire

I forgot to tell you all that you should have made some rice before doing all this. I had some leftover rice from yesterday so i went with that.

5- Now come the tricky part, forming the rice balls. First put some rice and form a patty, then after adding some meat on the center, try to form a ball using your hand. When you see that the that "thing" starts to looks like something out of your chinese cartoons, you can start pressing them to form a patty.

6- PLOT TWIST. Next you need to fry them one more time to give them some cruch to your onigiris. Depending on your pan, this can take from 10 to 15 minutes for each side

7- Remember to grab a cold one before leaving the kitchen

8- Now enjoy your insult to Japanese cuisine and pray to God that japan don't send anyone to sue you

I hope you don't try this at home, It's time for me to eat my sins
